We send all orders via Australia Post eParcel and EMS to deliver your products to you. Some orders shipped may require signature on delivery.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing details of your order with/without the tracking number and a link to the carrier’s site.
If you need your order sooner, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to find an affordable postage method to suit your timeframe. However, this will incur a higher postage cost.

Standard orders will take between 3-21 working days from the shipping notification email.
EMS orders will take 4-10 working days from the shipping notification email.
